Pricing and Procedure
We are a full turn key organization offering as much or as little as you need to complete your kitchen and bath renovation/project. We will work with you and/or your builder/contractor.
Our services include: An in home design consultation for up to two hours for $150.00. At this meeting, the designer will assess your needs and discuss design options for your space and answer questions about the process and materials that can be used. At the conclusion of the design consultation we will discuss whether or not the client wants designs and exact pricing. At that point a design retainer will be collected based on the scope of work the client needs. We will apply the $150.00 consultation fee to the design retainer.
Design retainers average pricing:
Master baths- $350.00-$500.00
Kitchens- $500.00-$750.00
Entire home design- $1,250.00-$2,000.00
Design retainers include the following:
In home measurement
CAD drawings (floorplans, elevations, perspectives, and colored renderings)
An average CAD design represents anywhere between 8-40 hours of drawing time. Clients will receive up to two small revisions at no additional charge. In addition, clients will receive up to two hours of professional interior design assistance in our design center selecting materials and finishes. Designer will research specifications for all appliances and compatibility for their specific design.
Our design center offers:
Tile, LVP flooring, Countertops, Hardware, Cabinet samples, Furniture piece vanities, Tubs, Shower enclosures, etc.
Build it.
We are partnered with builders around the greater Atlanta area for all of your new build cabinetry needs. Make an appointment with one of our designers and bring your construction documents for a design meeting that lasts up to two hours. Our showroom and design center offer quality materials and displays for you to envision your new space. If CAD drawings are requested, we will charge a design retainer based on the scope of work for the project.
